To strengthen diplomatic relations, promote economic investment & trade, facilitate educational, scientific, social and cultural cooperation between  the Republic of Sierra Leone and Republic of Korea, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Brunei respectively.

On behalf of His Excellency, President Julius Maada Bio and as Sierra Leone Ambassador, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary; to the Republic of Korea, I hereby  warmly welcome and extend my sincere gratitude to the government and people of South Korea.
